Athletic Therapy Services (PAC)
All students, staff and community members now have access to Athletic Therapy!
What is Athletic Therapy?
- Certified Athletic Therapists are known for their on-field emergency care and active rehabilitation skills.
- Athletic therapists are effective in treating musculoskeletal injuries for a wide range of patients.
- Athletic therapists goal is to help clients return to activities they love!
- Certified athletic therapists can be recognized by the credential CAT(C).
What services do we provide?
- We provide therapy and rehabilitation for all injuries, aches, and pain.
- Services include: exercise therapy, soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, rehab programs, nutrition advice, and education in injury management.
- If you’ve been hurt during intramurals, club sports, weight lifting, pick-up games, or just feeling sore, make an appointment to get your injury assessed and treated, right on campus!
Therapy services right on campus: PAC Therapy Clinic in the PAC Facility – near the North staircase before the squash courts.

Cost:
- New Injury Assessment – 1 hour: $100
- Subsequent visit – 30 minutes: $65
Coverage:
- UW Health care plan covers 80% of the treatment cost for Athletic Therapy
- All patients will receive a receipt at the end of each appointment to submit to the insurance.
