The Warriors Badminton program will be holding tryouts on Monday, September 11 from 5:00pm-9:00pm at the CIF Gyms 1 and 2.

Tryout Registration Deadline*: September 10, 12 pm
                *Those who aren't registered will not be able to tryout
Tryout Date: September 11, 5 pm - 9 pm


Please complete the following instructions to register. 

1. Please fill this Google form here : https://forms.gle/GAsNwSYXchPRQPKT6
2. Please also download, sign  the following forms: 

• Athletics Waiver Form (PDF)
• Medical Questionnaire Form (PDF) (Fill out Pages 1 and 2 and sign Page 3)
  • Important Note: Athletes participating in tryouts need to complete the first two pages of the medical questionnaire and waiver.
