Warriors Boost their Roster with Left-Side Recruit Nathan Onlock

The Waterloo Warriors men's volleyball team has recently signed their second recruit of the year, Nathan Onlock, a 6'4 left-side player from Stouffville, Ontario. Onlock, who is joining the Warriors from Reach Volleyball Club and Team Ontario, expressed his excitement about playing for the Warriors and furthering his education at the university.

"I'm thrilled to announce my commitment to play volleyball and further my education at the University of Waterloo. I'm looking forward to developing alongside a great group of players and coaches while receiving the higher education Waterloo is known for," said Onlock. "I'd like to thank everyone behind the Reach Volleyball Club, teammates, coaches, and my family for getting me to where I am today."

Head coach Shayne White also shared his enthusiasm for Onlock's recruitment, "Nathan is our number one left side recruit. Great athlete, character, a mature young man who is also a quality student." He continued, "Nathan has a good arm, with great velocity, and will instantly impact our program and team. Nathan's trajectory is on a constant rise in all skills. We are thrilled to have Nathan as a player, student, and person join our program."

Onlock is the team's top left-side recruit and will join 6'9 middle Spencer Ingram from Calgary as the program's signed recruits to date.
