On October 13th, the Warriors Swimming team visited Ottawa for a joint practice session with the University of Ottawa before taking part in a tri meet against the Ottawa Gee-Gees and Carleton Ravens on October 14th, 2023. The Warriors Men's team put up a remarkable performance and emerged victorious against the Gee-Gees for the first time in over two decades, while the Women's team showed significant improvement from last year's performance.

Lukas Wormald (Kitchener/) was the star performer of the meet, securing four individual wins and leading the final leg of the 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay along with Charles Marcial, Raymond Duong (Markham/), and Gavin Lusby (Oakville/), which helped the Warriors clinch a win in 1:33:94.Â
