Box Score The Warriors just couldn't find their scoring touch on Wednesday night in a 60-48 loss to the Brock Badgers. The black and gold shot 24.6% from the field while Brock operated at 45.5%. Waterloo was also cold from beyond the arc going 3-for-21.
Jenel Ulman (Hamilton) was the top point getter for the Warriors with 15 points going 6-for-16 from the field and 2-for-4 from the line. She also had four rebounds and three steals.
Kristen Osborne (Markham) was the only other Warrior in double digits with 12 points. On the boards,
Aphia Ward (Beaumont) led the way with six rebounds while
Sydney Wilson (Guelph) and
Sofie Persson (Lomma) each had five.Â
Emily Wilk (Oakville) finished with nine points and three assists to round out Waterloo's offence.
For Brock, Bridget Atkinson was a one woman wrecking crew putting up 24 points. Atkinson went an impressive 10-for-14 from the field while hitting all four of her free throw attempts.
The Warriors will look to rebound on Saturday when they take on McMaster in Hamilton. Game time is set for 1pm.Â
