Box Score The Warriors put up a solid fight against the No. 7 Ryerson Rams on Saturday afternoon, falling by a score of 62-50.  If you take away the first quarter, which saw the Warriors outscored 17-6, the black and gold went toe-to-toe with one of the top programs in the country.

Waterloo outscored the Rams 31-28 in the second half as the program continues to make strides in the right direction.  

The Warriors had no answer for Sofia Paska who did most of the damage for the visitors, putting up a game high 26 points while adding 14 rebounds.  Kellie Ring was also in double digits for Ryerson with 12.

For the home side, it was another spirited effort from Emily Wilk (Oakville) and Kristen Osborne (Markham) who put up 14 and 12 points respectively.  Wilk also added four assists and six rebounds.  Jenel Ulman (Hamilton) also had a solid game with nine points and seven rebounds.  

Waterloo will close out January with a home game against cross-town rivals Laurier next Saturday.  Tipoff is set for 12pm.
