The Warriors struggles continued losing to the Brock Badgers 89-54 to remain winless on the season.  With the win, the Badgers moved to 9-4 on the season and hold sole possession of fourth place in the tough OUA west with 18 points.

The Badgers jumped out to an early early lead, holding a 26-10 advantage after the first quarter and a 46-20 lead at the half en route to a decisive victory over Waterloo.

Brock was lead by senior guard Whitney Gorges (Welland, Ont.) whose 21 points was tops in the game.  Emily McKay (Toronto, Ont.) chipped in 18 points while Hayley Neal (Mississauga, Ont.) added 15 points and eight rebounds.  St. Catharines-native Samantha deJong counted a double-double for the Badgers with 12 points and 14 rebounds.

Kate Kuntze (Stratford/) scored 15 points off the bench to lead the Warriors while Saraya Hickey (Tsawwassen/Warriors) scored 14 in the losing effort.

Next up for the Warriors is a home match against the Guelph Gryphons.  Tipoff is set for 1:00 pm at the PAC gym.
