Gabrielle Kim (Richmond Hill/) made sure her second career goal was a big one, scoring the games lone goal in the 46th minute to lift her Warriors to a 1-0 win over Windsor.

Morgan Berg (Kitchener/) was solid again in net picking up her sixth shutout in nine starts. Berg turned aside all seven shots faced including a sprawling save late in the match off a Lancers free kick.
The win was a crucial three points in the OUA West standings as Waterloo improved to the .500 mark with a 4-4-3 record. Waterloo sits in a tie for third spot with McMaster, each with 15 points.
Next up for the black and gold is the second and final Battle of Waterloo match-up on Wednesday at Warrior Field. Kickoff is set for 6pm as the Warriors look to sweep the series.Â
