The Waterloo women's rugby team dropped their final home game of the season, 25-10 to the Trent Excalibur on Saturday afternoon at the lower CIF Fields.
Kiera Mathers (Waterloo/) and
Emma Young (Mississauga/) provided the offence for the Warriors, each with a try in the loss. For Trent it was five different players finding the score sheet, all with tries as Trent won their first game of the season.
Waterloo will play their final regular season game on Friday against Laurier in what is the third installment of the Battle of Waterloo in the newly established season series. Currently Waterloo is 0-0-2 having tied Laurier in the first two soccer games of the series.
