Box Score The Warriors travelled to play the Guelph Gryphons Wednesday night in front of a large home crowd at Varsity Field in Guelph. Guelph scored often and maintained possession in the 5-0 victory. The Gryphons move to 2-0 on the season while the Warriors are still searching for their first victory.
 
The Gryphons went on the offensive right away, keeping the majority of the play in the Warriors' end. Guelph defenders Melissa Vogl and Jessica Donaldson covered their end of the field and their strong passes to Nicole Paola and Erin Houle allowed the Gryphons to maintain their offensive pressure. The Gryphons opened the scoring in the 10th minute when Daniela Jelec scored the first goal of the game. Guelph proceeded to score two more goals in the first half and two more goals in the second half to win by a score of 5-0.
 
The Warriors will travel to Queen's this weekend to take on Western at 9am and Queen's at 4pm.
