Spalvieri returns for his fifth year as part of the cross country team, after spending the last two as an assistant, and his first as Co-Head Coach. He was also student-athlete on the cross country team for five years (2009-2012).
During his time running with the Warriors, he competed in five straight OUA Championships and one U SPORTS Championship.
Spalvieri was also a member of the track team, making his mark with the 4x800m relay time while also contributing individually over 1000m, 1500m, and 3000m. He also represented Canada at the ITU Duathlon Age Group World Championships in 2011 and 2015.
