Hopf

Andrew Hopf

Hopf has worked with the OHL (Ontario Hockey League) as a head strength and conditioning coach and has assisted at multiple NHL development camps as a strength coach.  He is also the president and head strength coach at Next Level Performance Inc. where he manages a team of strength coaches to provide professional strength and conditioning services for athletes in the Waterloo Region.

Specifically, Hopf has worked with the Owen Sound Attack (OHL) for the past six years designing and implement strength and conditioning programs for current and prospective players of the team.  He was also responsible for preparing analytical performance reports for team management and conducting nutrition and preparatory seminars for players and their billet families.

Hopf was also a volunteer strength coach for the St. Louis Blues (NHL), assisting with restorative exercise protocols before and after ice times while also assisting with nutritional plans throughout the development camp.

Hopf, who graduated from UWaterloo with a Master's of Science in Muscle Physiology (2009), clearly brings a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of strength and conditioning.
