Ben returns for his 2nd season with the Waterloo Warriors coaching staff. He helped coach the Warriors offensive line in 2019 and also coached the offensive line for the Waterloo Predators Junior Varsity teams in 2016, 2017 and the Senior Varsity team in 2022. 
 
Ben played offensive line for the Warriors from 2014-2018 and then moved on to attend a number of CFL training camps with the Bluebombers and Argos, as well as playing professionally in Mexico for the Saltillo Dinos.
