• Begin by creating a profile at warrior.uwaterloo.ca. Click "sign up" in the top right corner and fill in the required fields to create your profile.  
• IMPORTANT: Ensure you provide your correct date of birth to verify your age when accepting a waiver (on your own behalf or your dependent's). 
• If any of your profile or dependent info is incorrect, please contact warriorsinfo@uwaterloo.ca to make changes.  

Adding dependents to your profile: 

After your profile has been created, you will need to add dependents to your profile before registering for any programs 

1. In the top right corner, click on your username then select "Profile" from the drop down menu. 
   

2. Scroll down the page and click the "Add Family" button 
   

3. Fill in your dependent's information. IMPORTANT: Ensure date of birth is filled in and accurate. 
   

4. Click "Save: 

5. Repeat steps 2-4 if you want to add additional dependents.
