FREE Fitness Centre Tour
Our free try-it tours offer a small group tour led by a personal trainer, who will show you the PAC fitness center and the wide variety of equipment available to introduce you into the gym setting! We recommend that you wear athletic clothing and running shoes, as you would also test out some of our brand new machines to get a feel for what you like best. This is also the perfect time to ask the trainer many questions you may have about the facility or any of our programs.Â

Drop In Warrior Zone Workout
The Warrior Workout Group Class is taking our Instagram posts on Wloorec and making them a reality! This is a 1hr instructor-led class that follows the weekly workout posts, which covers a wide variety of workout styles and intensities. This class is open to beginners and experts alike.

Lifting 101
Lifting 101 is a 1-hour class designed to welcome you into our fitness centers. Learn the fundamentals of resistance training, technique and form, try new workouts and exercises, and get your questions answered with your trainer and fellow warriors!

Warrior HIIT
Warrior HIIT is a weekly class where you can meet and train with other warriors in a 1-hour long HIIT style workout lead by a Personal Trainer. The workout consists of a combination of full-body high-intensity strength and cardiovascular training, this class will take place in the PAC Warrior Zone.

Essentials of Powerlifting
"Essentials of Powerlifting is a weekly 1-hour class tailored for novice and intermediate lifters aiming to enhance their strength in Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Covering advanced cues, lift variations, and strategic applications, it equips participants with the skills and understanding to write personalized training programs.
