Dan Walker (Sudbury, ON) continues to make a name for himself in the OUA earning his second straight OUA accolade in as many years.
After earning a spot on the all-rookie team last season with the black and gold, Walker once again had a stellar season and was named an OUA west second-team all-star.
Walker finished first on the Warriors in scoring with 16 goals and four assists for 20 points in just 23 games played. His 16 goals were the second most among all OUA players.Â
In his two seasons at Waterloo, the former OHLer has registered 24 goals and 37 points in 35 career games.
Walker recently signed a
one-year contract with the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL, the top minor-league affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
