2022-23 Curling Open Tryouts - Oct. 24

Open tryouts for Men's and Women's curling are coming up this fall!
 
Tryouts will be a single evening at the Westmount Golf & Country Club. We'll be on the ice from 6:00pm – 7:30pm for drills and skill assessment, take a short break, then conclude with game play from 8:00pm – 9:30pm. Please come prepared with your own snacks to refuel during our break.
 
All curlers will also have a 15-minute interview over Zoom with the coaching team to get to know each other and discuss the commitment required for the season. Please contact Head Coach Bridget Arnold curlingcoachbridget@gmail.com to book your interview.
 
If necessary, additional tryouts may follow.

Please download, sign and send the folowing completed forms to bfa03160.uofwaterloo.mail.onmicrosoft.com@ca.teams.ms Important Note: Athletes participating in tryouts need to complete the first two pages of the medical questionnaire and waiver. 
On-Ice Tryout Information
  • Monday, October 24 at 6pm
  • 6:00pm – 9:30pm (on-ice 6:00pm – 7:30pm and 8:00pm – 9:30pm)
  • Westmount Golf & Country Club (50 Inverness Drive, Kitchener)
Enter the club from the curling entrance off the lower parking lot. Locker rooms will be available for you to change. Please have all appropriate on-ice clothing and equipment.
