Box Score The Warriors fell for the second straight game in as many days as the Guelph Gryphons edged Waterloo 1-0 on Sunday at Warrior Field.  

Waterloo had a strong opening half but couldn't muster any offence in the second half after Guelph found the net in the 61st minute.

What looked to be offside, Hayley Howes sent a late pass in the box to Ann-Carolyn Lang who had an empty net to tap the game winner into.  There wasn't much keeper Findley Dunn (Toronto) could do on the play.

The Warriors look to bounce back next weekend as they visit the always competitive York Lions before returning to Warrior Field on Sunday, September 11 against Western.
