The Warrior men's rugby team put up a good battle against the always tough Western Mustangs in their final match of the season. Â Although the black and gold came up short losing the contest 29-3 they have a lot of positive signs going into next year.
Paul Schroeder (New Dundee) tallied the lone points for Waterloo with a successful penalty goal. Â Schroeder finished the season as the highest point getter on the Warriors roster with 25 points.
After starting the season on a promising note with their win over Toronto, Waterloo lost their next seven matches and will look to the positive points of their games moving into next season.
