Conditioning Services on Campus:

The Conditioning Team is comprised of knowledgeable certified personal trainers who are committed to helping you reach and exceed your fitness and wellness goals. Whether you are new to lifting, in need of a personalized program to follow, looking to fine-tune your technique, or anywhere in between, we have a program for you. Our services include:

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training
  • Group Training (up to 4 participants)
  • Conditioning Classes (Lifting 101, Lifting 101 for Women, Warrior Fit & Warrior Quickfit)

Conditioning Facilities on Campus

Both of our facilities are staffed with knowledgeable trainers who are there for your convenience. Don't hesitate to ask for their assistance!

The CIF Fitness Centre is located on North Campus in the Columbia IceField.  The 60' x 100' facility contains a wide variety of cardio, free weights and weight machines.
Other features include:
  • Cardio area with over 40 machines including treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, spin bikes, step mills, and cross-trainers
  • Stretching area
  • Full range of selectorized weight training stations
  • Plate-loaded leg press
  • Free weights up to 100 lbs
  • Olympic benches, bars, and weight plates
  • Platforms & power racks
  • Plyometric boxes
The PAC Weight Room (currently relocated to Warrior Zone) features:
  • Cardio area with 8 machines including treadmills, elliptical, spin bikes and rowers
  • Indoor turf, sleds, ropes, kettle bells
  • Free weights up to 100 lbs
  • Olympic benches, bars, and weight plates
  • Squat racks
