History
This annual conference draws a number of recreational professionals and student leaders from Post-secondary institutions from across Western Canada, as well as a few colleagues from Eastern Canada and the Northern United States. Those who attend this conference are engaged and passionate about various areas of campus life: student leadership, development, and personnel management; wellness and fitness programs; intramural sports; sport clubs; recreation facility operations; outdoor recreation; informal recreation; and aquatic programs.

Hotel Information
The host hotel for this year's event has been confirmed. The Comfort Inn in Waterloo, Ontario is now available for booking. The block will be held until May 1st, 2019, at which time any unused rooms will be returned to the general inventory and the rate no longer honoured.Â

The Waterloo Warriors can also offer rooms at the Holiday Inn Kitchener-Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre at 30 Fairway Road South, Kitchener.
